He's a photographer, she's a stylist and set designer.
The illuminated photographs in "Mises en lumière" are the fruit of a unique encounter between the art of photography and the art of staging. First, Hervé takes the shots on his many travels around the world. The couple then create a selection of strong visuals with details of light or lighting. Sophie then adds a new reading to the image, punctuating it with small, meticulously delineated touches of light, and finally proceeds with the framing. Just plug in and the magic happens.
